Mobile Oil Analysis Laboratory

Our mobile laboratory and team will be dispatched directly to your preferred location. The lab will remain on-site for a few hours or several days, depending on a customer's operational needs. Customers may either present the vehicle for direct sampling or provide a representative sample. Our staff will assist with the sampling process in cases where the vehicle is present if workload permits. Supplies will be provided.

Engine Oil & Transmission Fluid Screening Services

Our team brings a broad range of expertise to accurately and efficiently identify contamination from water, coolant, fuel, and soot. Helping you prevent costly equipment failure and downtime. Early detection of contamination through on-site screening allows you to prevent component failure, reduce unscheduled maintenance, and avoid mission disruption.

Potential Problems Include:

Engine (Motor Oil)

Water contamination can lead to poor lubrication, internal corrosion, and ultimately engine failure if left undetected.

Transmission (Automatic/Manual)

Water intrusion in transmission fluid causes slippage, overheating, and long-term internal damage.

Fuel Intrusion

Fuel dilution of engine oil reduces viscosity, weakens lubrication, and increases the risk of accelerated wear.

Coolant Intrusion

Coolant contamination in oil or transmission fluid leads to deposit formation, corrosion, bearing damage, and potential catastrophic equipment failure.

Soot Accumulation

Excess soot in engine oil increases viscosity, accelerates wear on moving parts, and may indicate incomplete combustion or poor engine efficiency.

More Extensive Testing Available

Fuel, soot, and coolant contamination testing in engine oil and transmission fluids is available upon request. Please allow up to one additional hour beyond the standard turnaround time for results.

Mobile laboratory will be positioned based on customer preference for as long as desired (in or near motor-pools and equipment yards, etc.)
